Adele has confirmed her upcoming album is known as 25 and apologised to fans due to the delay.

The Someone Like You singer’s last record, 21, hit stores this season, and she took a little while off from making music together with her now three-year-old son Angelo. There has been intense speculation she is readying release a her eagerly-anticipated third record, using the star now using social websites accounts Twitter and Facebook for making an official announcement.

“Turning 25 was obviously a turning point for me personally, slap bang in the center of my twenties,” she wrote. “Teetering about the edge of just as one old adolescent plus a fully-fledged adult, I made a decision to go into becoming who I’m gonna be forever and not using a removal van packed with my old junk. I miss everything about my past, the nice and the bad, but only as it won’t keep coming back. When I is at it I wanted out! So typical.

“25 is approximately getting to know who I’ve become without realising. And I’m sorry it took way too long, nevertheless, you know, life happened… Love, Adele.”

The news accepts a mysterious commercial was aired in the UK on Sunday (18Oct15) which did actually allude on the singer’s technology. It featured no information aside from a brief audio and a few lyrics, which read: “Hello/ It’s me/ I was wondering if, all things considered these years, you want to meet to go about everything/ They say that time’s likely to heal you, but I ain’t done much healing.”

Adele enjoys penning songs about heartbreak, but on this occasion things are usually a little different. While she classifies 21 as being a “break-up record” her new offering is usually a complete departure, which can be in keeping with her new mindset. In her lengthy missive the star speaks about spending a lot time wishing her life away – obsessing about things on the past and things she’d love to change. Now the girl with focused for the future inside them for hours the best life possible.

“If I had to label this I would refer to it a make-up record,” she wrote. “I’m comprising with myself. Making up for lost time. Making up for everything I ever did rather than did. But I haven’t got time and energy to hold on on the crumbs of my past like I used to. What’s done is completed.”

A release date for 25 is not confirmed.
