Back in May, “Can I,” a collaboration between Drake and Beyoncé, prematurely arrived with no warning. Neither artist commented about the leaked, unfinished track, and five months passed with no sultry jam being officially released. However, Drake revived “Can I” Saturday on his OVO Sound radio show on Apple Music’s Beats 1, premiering a much more polished version from the seductive number built around a sample of Beyoncé asking “Can I baby?” Check Hotline Bling sheet music.

It’s unclear if the track is destined for Drake’s upcoming LP Views From the 6 or if it’ll remain unreleased. Drake and Beyoncé previously joined for the 2013 Beyoncé song “Mine.” “Can I” arrived about the first episode of OVO Sound to air following a expiration of Apple Music’s free three-month trial. Drake’s continued participation is one kind of that streaming service’s selling points, in order that it was interesting that this rapper used his radio show to exclusively premiere creations featuring Beyoncé, a designer aligned with Tidal.

In September, Drake and Future dropped their joint mixtape What a Time to Be Alive on Apple Music, plus the two rappers reconnected to do to debut a couple of those songs live during Drake’s Saturday night headlining set for the Austin City Limits festival. Together, the duo delivered “Big Rings” plus the Michael Jordan logo-inspired “Jumpman” and also “Where Ya At,” 1 off Future’s own DS2.

“Thank someone to my brother Future for giving Austin a minute,” Drake wrote on Instagram after his set. Watch some crowd footage from Drake and Future’s ACL performances below (via Pitchfork):
