Rihanna is apparently anti-Pokemon after demanding her fans take the moment during her concert on Saturday night.

The Diamonds star brought her Anti World Tour to Lille, France, where she encouraged the thousands inside the audience to actually enjoy the expertise in the live gig compared to watching her show through the screens in their mobile devices.

During her concert, she gave an address about being in the instant, and called out any people that use the popular Pokemon Go app, an augmented reality game through which users ‘catch’ the digital creatures.

In video clip posted on Twitter, Rihanna is noted telling her fans, “I do not want to see you texting your boyfriends or maybe your girlfriends. I do not want to see you catching any Pokemons up with this b**ch.”

The R&B star isn’t only celebrity to criticise the app, and some of those who have the same way is Zachary Quinto, who discussed the experience while promoting Star Trek Beyond, a motion picture which features a different theme song called Sledgehammer by Rihanna.

Speaking of Pokemon mania, Zachary told Entertainment Tonight: “I think it is great that people are engaging collectively, but I seem like the ultimate goal for many people is to be capable of singing that without these products in our hands.

“And I realise that technology has evolved and there is a lot of good that comes from that, and I do not have judgement with people who are with it, but I think that, how should we facilitate the conversation about connecting without these products between us?”
