Former Oasis guitarist spotted a devotee wearing a Yorkshire white rose at his gig for the weekend

Noel Gallagher has spoken out about Yorkshire Day, which will take place today and each and every August 1.

The Lancashire-born former Oasis guitarist headlined the Sunday night leg of Kendal Calling yesterday (July 31) when he spotted a lover wearing a Yorkshire white rose with the front from the crowd.

The white rose is definitely seen as a symbol for Yorkshire called the opposing emblem on the Red Rose of Lancaster inside War in the Roses between Lancaster and York from 1455 to 1487.

According to Manchester Evening News, Gallagher asked the fan: “Is which a Yorkshire rose you may have there?”

When informed from the fan with the reason, Gallagher then added: “It’s for Yorkshire Day? You’ve got your individual day? Get to f***.”
