Justin Bieber’s erratic behaviour in Europe continues after he halted a concert in Spain to train fans tips on how to clap.

The What Do You Mean? singer was irked by fans’ timekeeping throughout a performance of his latest hit, and chosen to show devotees the way to clap along.

In video in the gig, that has gone viral, Justin may be heard saying, “At least clap around the right notes. Come on guys. Stop, stop, stop.”

He then gave them an illustration, stating, “It’s similar to this. If you’re gonna clap, a minimum of clap on beat.”

The latest odd moment from Bieber’s European promotional tour comes days after he walked out of any radio interview in Spain and stormed offstage after a gig in Oslo, Norway after fans mocked him and attempted to grab him as they attempted to clean up spilled water in the front of the stage.

Meanwhile, the pop star has given Icelandic officials cause for concern after getting a dip within a freezing glacial lake – as they are worried his fans might follow his lead, risking hypothermia or perhaps death.

Bieber took the plunge from the Jokulsarlon lagoon for his new I’ll Show You music video, and from now on local tourism bosses wish to stop his Beliebers from copying him.

A spokesman for local tour company Jokulsarlon feroapjonusta ehf tells TMZ.com the river temperature ranges between three and minus-three degrees Celsius, which can be perfect for icebergs, yet not for people.

The local expert also reveals the forest is so remote that this nearest town is finished an hour away.

He says, “There are not any actual rules against swimming – it is just stupid.”
