Singer Sam Smith is taken a hiatus so he’ll go home and stay “a 23 yr old”.

The British star has experienced a crazy yr, winning four Grammy Awards, in addition to two prizes for the Brits, and the man is currently in the heart of promoting his James Bond theme song, Writing’s on the Wall. But once that may be all done, the star is ready for just a well-earned break.

“I’ve been going now let’s talk about three years non-stop also it feels befitting for me to just go back home and just live my life and turn into a 23 year-old,” he told ET Online. “My love lives, the downs and ups, it never stops, so I’m always inspired by stuff like that, but it might be good to invest some time (just) dating.”

Sam’s unrequited love was the main topic of his debut album, In the Lonely Hour, which brought him a great deal critical acclaim and topped the charts around the globe. While the singer is keen to relax up with family and friends for just a while way back in England, it doesn’t mean his creativity have stopped flowing.

“I have already been writing a small amount,” he shared. “Already I have somewhat of a direction products I want to say and what I can do and the sound, how I want what you should sound, but there is however a long way to travel.” Check Writing’s On The Wall sheet music here.

Sam might not exactly get excessive chance to relax using the success of Writing’s on the Wall. Hopes are high which the star will observe in the footsteps of his Bond theme tune predecessor Adele, who won an Academy Award on her track Skyfall. Sam is hesitant to think along those lines and it is just thrilled to be part of the 007 franchise.

“It would have been a dream of mine to accomplish Bond, but I never imagined it would happen this quickly,” he stated. “It’s been an utter whirlwind of your experience, but I love this song a lot and when the truth is it while using film, it’s going to all make complete sense.”
